  • Nip Adjustment

    • Hydraulically adjustable roll nip gap which are adjustable any time during the mix cycle.

  • Size Range

    • A wide range of sizes and specifications are available to suit your exact requirements - please contact to discuss.

  • Compact

    • The drive motors are mounted on the roll ends and the electrical controls and hydraulic systems are mounted within the bedplate.

  • Cleaning

    • Can be done in minutes due to our light weight, but robust, rapidly removable nip guide design, plus the inner side frames are totally smooth stainless steel lined without any contamination traps.

  • Rolls

    • Various types of rolls are available to suit the required batch temperature characteristics eg. cored, spiral flow or peripherally drilled. Rolls mounted in heavy duty roller anti-friction bearings.

     

     

  • Colour Touch Screen P.L.C. Access Unit

    • The Mix Assist cycle together with the roll nip gap settings and individual roll speeds are programmable via the Colour Touch Screen P.L.C. Access Unit.

  • Automatic Safety Test Feature

    • An automatic roll stopping/ distance/ brake check diagnostic system available which is password protected, with all Emergency Stop and Guardswitches being monitored by a separate safety relay.
