The compounds are mixed in our twin roll mixer where very accurate and repeatable nip control governs the amount of mixing and grain structure size.

Very accurate compound temperature control ensures minimal solvent loss when mixing these types of compounds.

Automatic material removal and transportation to the calender section for accurate material sizing is standard.

Suitable for the manufacture of ceramic tile or brick products.

Incorporating

Material storage/dispensing systems that automatically proportion the correct amount of material to each of the moulds.

The filled moulds are moved to the pressing system after which are automatically removed and sent down the line for firing.
