Remote Mechanism for Dangerous Substance. Processing Explosives or radioactive materials require the machine to be intrinsically safe and the power pack and controls at a distance from the actual tabletting process.

Hopper Agitator for fine powders Fine powders which do not flow readily or bridge without assistance can be agitated to ensure even material feed.

Construction For Aggressive Materials Stainless Steel feed Hoppers and extra wiper seals on rams and operating rods are fitted when producing corrosive or abrasive materials.

Shapes and Sizes:

Round tablets From Ø 10mm and up to Ø120mm and when fitted with suitable Dies. Produces cubes, Lozenges, Cylinders and many other shapes including tablets with a center hole.

Tolerances:

For most tablet production it is important that tablets weights are consistent and in most cases our control system gives shot weight tolerance of +/- 1%. greater degrees of accuracy are available.

Tablet Density:

Even Compaction throughout the tablet thickness is required to ensure lamination does not occur on injection. Our control system ensures the forces are equalised (as in double acting press), The tablet die is a floating type and the material is evenly compacted throughout.
