Peripherally Drilled roll conversions

Convert cored mill and cored calender rolls to the more thermally efficient
peripherally drilled type.
The most common sizes we are asked to convert are 22"×60"
& 26"×84" ; however smaller and larger rolls can be
accommodated.
Converting cored and bored rolls to Peripherally Drilled
specification. This process costs significantly less than new peripherally
drilled rolls. Peripherally Drilled roll conversions reduce roll end temparature
deviations improving full thermal face width of the rolls.Peripherally
